After-School Programs (Tampa)
More than stretching—this is an after-school program that helps kids feel confident, calm, and connected. Our kids yoga + mindfulness classes blend playful movement with social-emotional learning (SEL), so students leave with real tools they can use in school and at home.
Kids learn to:
Regulate big feelings + busy minds (breath + body tools)
Build focus, resilience, and self-confidence
Practice kindness, teamwork, and cooperation
Feel strong in their bodies and brave in their hearts
Every session is theme-based and includes yoga games, music, storytelling, mindfulness moments, and an end-of-session celebration.

Summer Camps (Kids Yoga + Mindfulness + SEL)

Baby & Me Yoga
We love hosting these. 💛 Baby + Me is where movement meets motherhood—gentle yoga, baby snuggles, and a little reset that feels like a deep breath for your whole week. Expect a welcoming, low-pressure space to move your body, connect with your baby, and meet other moms who get it.
What you’ll experience:
Postpartum-friendly movement + stretching

Whether you’re nesting in Tampa or tuning in from anywhere, our prenatal yoga classes help moms-to-be feel strong, calm, and connected—body, breath, and baby. Expect supportive flows, feel-good movement, and real tools for pregnancy discomfort, stress, and the mental swirl.
