It’s your classic Freeze Dance...with a mindful twist. Instead of just freezing in place, kids freeze in yoga poses. You can guide them with a theme (like power poses, animal shapes, or make-your-own), or let them invent on the fly.
This is one of our favorite ways to wrap up a high-energy class or transition from chaos to calm.
