    After-School Programs

After-school yoga with Young at Heart is more than stretching — it’s a space for kids to grow confident, calm, and connected. Through playful poses, mindful moments, and movement games, students learn real tools for:

Handling big feelings and busy minds

    Building focus and resilience

    Practicing kindness, confidence, and cooperation

Feeling strong in their bodies and brave in their hearts

Our classes are designed with social-emotional learning at the center, led by trained teachers who make every child feel seen, safe, and celebrated. Because when kids feel empowered, the whole community shines.

Activities include yoga, mindfulness, games, music, storytelling, and social-emotional learning, with themed units and end-of-session celebrations!
